Roastology searched for a different location with the goal of growth — one that would allow us to have a welcoming environment for our customers, a dedicated training and cupping space, and a roasting viewing area for our customers to enjoy.
Our ambition is for our patrons to experience specialty coffee in every way possible. Once we saw the 2701 W. Cary Street location, we realized it offered all of that and more. With the great team that Charlie Diradour’s Lion’s Paw Development has assembled to work with us on this project, we are extremely excited about the tailored features of the build-out. We hope to be in the new location around a September-October timeframe.
The Roastology crew is grateful for our friends and customers who have faithfully been a part of our company during the past years at our Midlothian location. Realizing that some of our current customers will not follow us is the downside of moving, but we hope you will make the quick drive over the river to come see us.
We evaluated keeping a presence in the Midlothian area, but felt having two locations would not allow us to fully develop our aspirations for the new space on Cary St. We promise you all will be thrilled with what we have planned!
It will be a truly unique space.
