Up and Atom combines a fruit-forward, naturally-processed coffee with a rich, cocoa-like washed coffee, both shade-grown at roughly 1800 masl in Central America. Each origin is roasted separately to their ideal roast level, thus highlighting their optimal natural flavor profiles.
