For Lennon Diaz, coffee production is a family business; he has carried on this legacy from his father. In his first batches on his fathers’ farm he managed to obtain a coffee with a profile of 87 points. Lennon knew that in order to maintain the quality of his coffee, he had to focus on the process of experimentation and observation. Liquidamber is very silky and sweet with hints of red apple, bright cranberry, and earthy, rich applewood.
This organic, fair-trade coffee is grown in a micro lot in southwestern Honduras. It is harvested between December and March at 1,300m.
