Our Spring Equinox blend features a triad of naturally-processed beans: two Ethiopian coffees and a Honduran coffee. Together, these transform into a concoction that dances on the palate. Throughout the entire cup, you will experience a myriad of textures and flavors: from creamy to drying, sweet berries to bright citrus, vanilla to caramelized sugars, vegetal to floral notes.
Each coffee is produced by co-ops whose success in the coffee market allows them to provide educational and employment opportunities to their peoples. All three of these coffees are shade-grown, thus promoting a healthy natural ecosystem for the surrounding flora and fauna alike.
We recommend brewing it as a V60 pour over, and giving it a little time to cool in order to fully enjoy it’s creamy, sweet body.
