This coffee arrives directly from the Finca Idealista Farm in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. The farm neighbors a nature reserve, which provides a microclimate for the coffee trees on the farm. This cool microclimate lengthens cherry maturation, resulting in a sweeter profile in the cup!
