Description
These Ethiopian beans are grown in the southwestern rainforests by the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, a collective group of 35 co-ops entirely made up of indigenous farmers. All of Oromia’s coffee is of heirloom origin, forest-grown, & organic.
This Ethiopian Heirloom lot is grown and harvested at roughly 2000 masl during the winter. After its traditional natural processing, the beans are laid out on raised beds to dry in the sun.
